Rasa Zinfandel is a red wine made from 100% Zinfandel grapes. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften the tannins and enhance complexity. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 to 24 months, developing flavors of dark fruit, spice, and oak. The wine is then clarified, filtered, and bottled.
