Production Process
Desaal Shiraz is a red wine made from Shiraz grapes, cultivated in selected vineyards. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. The must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with regular punch-downs or pump-overs to extract color and tannins from the skins. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, which imparts additional flavors of spice and vanilla. After aging, the wine is clarified and bottled, ready for consumption.
