Clase Azul Reposado Tequila is a premium tequila produced in Mexico. It is made from 100% blue Weber agave, which is harvested after 8-12 years of maturation. The agave hearts (pi�as) are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens and then crushed to extract the sweet juice. The juice is fermented and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is then aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 8 months. The aging process imparts smooth and rich flavors, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and citrus.
